Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join our eco-friendly home cleaning brand. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a key role in developing and executing social media content to promote our brand, engage with our audience, and drive awareness and sales. You will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, fostering community engagement, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Generate, edit, and publish contents - 30 /month
  • Plan and produce video / reels content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
  • Manage all social media platforms of the brand (TikTok, Instagram and Facebook,.. etc).
  • Create fun and engaging viral content (Reels/ Short videos/ GIFs) across various social media channels
  • Creating, editing and promoting engaging social media content to increase brand recognition, conversions and engagement
  • Assume full ownership of the content calendar working alongside Marketing manager for social media strategy.
  • Audit and analyse social media presence, content engagement, following, analyse social trends and data
  • Tracking social media KPIs to measure success of content and social media campaigns

Influencer Management

  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, KOLs, and brand advocates for content collaboration
  • Liaise with stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling social media content
  • Track and evaluate the performance of influencer content posting, campaigns, measuring their impact on brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Miscellaneous

  • Assist in ad hoc projects and social media management for the business campaign/unit.
  • Reporting under Marketing Manager

Requirements

  • Candidates will be required to submit their portfolio and produce a short form tiktok reel for evaluation (The footages will only be used for hiring purpose and shall be removed after position has closed)
  • Proven track record / 2-3 years experience as a Social Media Content Creator
  • Highly passionate and creative with love for Social media & Communications
  • Enjoys creating fun and engaging content with products
  • A social native – you have a deep understanding of the current and emerging social media landscape, trends and platforms
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work in a cross-functional setting in a fast-paced environment
